Because of recent interest in research on education editorial work, on an international scale, we are submitting a recently concluded investigation of the story of Pinocchio, the marionette created from a piece of wood. Even after its appearance, one hundred and twenty-five years ago, it continues to enchant children and adults all over the world, even in our disenchanted and informatized contemporary society. However, while Pinocchio and its author Carlo Collodi, are known all over the world, there has never been an interest in its two publishers, Paggi and Bemporad, whose professionalism, intuition and long range vision, are also the basis of the marionette's renowned. Even in Italy, they have been long forgotten. The story about the interest whit respect to opening a world which is unfamiliar and unknown matic and useful in view of a new lecture about similar histories. The object of this article, in such a way, is to offer a key and different ways of lecture that could be of use to those interested in the production of familiar tales, their dissemination around the word, and their producers.
