After the 1910 revolution, a lot of epidemics spread in some Mexican tows, had been them origin in the schools because of some boy or teacher contaminate with some illness infect the others students and classmates, establish a infection focus that could extend to more biggest limits. On this situation the Congress of the Sate approve the creation of this institute, for take care of the hygiene and health ness of the post revolution Puebla.
