Abstract

The history of education in the north-central part of the country has been quite studied; however, in the last two decades, it has declined due to the emergence of new topics. In this regard, the reviewed work shows that the topic is not exhausted, and on the contrary, with new perspectives, methodologies, and problematizations, it is possible to delve into and engage in dialogue about the history of education, in this case in Aguascalientes and Zacatecas, since the discussion is embedded in educational institutions, teachers, and, in general, in the institutional life of some schools in the aforementioned states, as well as in particular and current circumstances such as the new curricula or student movements.
